Police charged 25-year-old Justin Pedrosa with driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident, Time Warner Cable News reported.
Police told TWC that they were called to a home on Fostertown Road about 4:30 a.m. Friday regarding a car that had hit the home's rock wall. A short time later, TWC reported, police were called to a car on fire in a church parking lot a short distance from the accident.
Pedrosa was found later and determined to be the driver and charged, according to TWC.
